Using the holy ancient wild rice harvested inside Goshokomagataki shrine that has over 1000 years of history, located in Sakuragawa city Ibaraki prefecture. It does not use any pesticide to grow rice, duck farming, natural rice. This ancient wild rice sake is low alcohol and sweet sake. It has distinctive aroma from ancient wild rice, refreshing acidity and sweetness. It pairs well with deep fried dishes, pizza and easy to drink.
