A pleasant copper colour in the glass with the enchanting bouquet of bourbon, vanil- la, and a hint of fresh tobacco. We add chopped port and whisky barrels to this beer. The wood notes are freshly brewed and freshly fermented resulting in a re- freshing beer with intensely fresh wood notes without any ageing – very unusual.
